The "Know Your Customer" (KYC) Policy

In today's financial sector, compliance with the 'Know Your Customer' policy is paramount for companies. This policy aims to prevent identity theft, money laundering, financial fraud, and terrorist activities.

Greenleaf Capital is fully committed to combating financial fraud and has implemented necessary preventive measures.

Any fraudulent activity will be thoroughly documented, and accounts involved will be promptly closed, with funds frozen.

WARNING:

Greenleaf Capital prioritizes the safety of confidential information accessible to the company, including customer trading account data and operations. To ensure the safety of client personal data, the company requires clients to adhere strictly to several rules.

After depositing funds, clients are required to provide the following documents:

- A copy of a valid passport/ID Card/Driver's license.

- Copies of payment cards used for deposits (front side with last 4 digits of account number, reverse side with signature)

- Proof of bank account ownership and address (A bank account statement showing the client's name and address, not older than 3 months)

WHEN ARE THESE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED?

Greenleaf Capital urgently requests that clients provide all necessary documents before withdrawing funds from their trading account. Under certain circumstances, the company may request these documents before authorizing other actions on the trading account, such as deposits or transactions.

Please note that failure to provide the required documents will result in withdrawal requests being canceled, and funds returned to the client's trading account. In such cases, the company will inform the client through the internal messaging system.

HOW CAN CLIENTS SUBMIT THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS?

Clients should scan the documents or take high-resolution photos. Save pictures in JPEG format with minimal compression, and send them to support@greenleafcapital.email

ARE THERE SECURITY GUARANTEES FOR DOCUMENTS SENT?

Greenleaf Capital places great emphasis on protecting personal documentation. Documents sent to the company are treated with the utmost confidentiality. All files received by the company are fully encrypted at every stage of processing for maximum security.
